Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy applies to the Helonirva online store (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) and explains delivery coverage, fees, processing times, and related responsibilities.

1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping to destinations outside the UK is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees and Taxes

  • Orders with a total value of £80 or more (including £80) qualify for free shipping;

  • Orders with a total value below £80 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £8.99;

  • All applicable taxes are already included in the product prices. The amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount, and no additional taxes are required at delivery.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Order processing hours are CET 9:00–18:00.

  • Orders paid before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day;

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day;

  • If a non-working day applies, processing will begin on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, it is typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and logistics arrangements.

6. Shipping Methods

We use commonly accepted UK domestic delivery services based on order requirements, including: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Yodel, and Parcelforce.
The final carrier information will be provided in the shipping confirmation notification.

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping information.
You may also visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used for the order along with the order number to check the delivery status.

8. Delivery Responsibilities

  • Damaged or missing items: If you notice any damage or missing items after delivery, please contact us promptly with relevant details;

  • Order changes: Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted before dispatch. Once shipped, changes may no longer be possible;

  • Delivery address: Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Incorrect address details may affect successful delivery.

9. Receipt Notice

We recommend checking the package condition upon delivery. If any issues are found, please document them and contact us as soon as possible.
Orders marked as delivered without reported issues will be considered successfully fulfilled.
